Se trata de una presentación de Sarah Bartlett, analista senior de Talis, en la que se explica el papel que podrían tener las bibliotecas en el mundo de datos enlazados (linked data). Su propuesta es la siguiente: Partiendo del hecho de que la web ha conseguido que la información sea mucho más abierta y democrática (ya que antes solo era formalmente abierta, siempre que se supiera como buscar), llegamos a un punto en que la tecnología puede permitir a superar los límites del conocimiento subliminal, proporcionando enlaces con una gran variedad de textos.
